Please arrive about ten minutes early to complete intake forms and settle in. We'll confirm preferences and any contraindications, then begin promptly. If you're running late, call us—short delays may shorten the massage to maintain schedule.

Certain conditions need caution or physician approval, such as recent surgery, open wounds, contagious illness, blood clots, uncontrolled hypertension, or pregnancy complications. Always disclose medical history at booking so therapists can advise or modify the session.

Gratuity is appreciated but optional. Standard tips range from 15–20% of the session price; for two therapists consider splitting or tipping each individually. You can tip in cash or include it on a card payment at checkout.
