Wear comfortable, loose clothing and avoid heavy meals or alcohol beforehand. Arrive a few minutes early to discuss areas of concern, medical history, and desired pressure level. Hydrate after the session to help flush released toxins and support recovery.

Certain conditions require caution or physician approval, including pregnancy (first trimester), deep vein thrombosis, uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent surgeries, open wounds, or infectious skin conditions.
